ELIGIBILITY
Morgo Conferences Ltd ("Morgo") has the right to decline registrations from people who do not meet the Morgo community criteria, a full refund will be made if this occurs. Our criteria are:
-  CEOs and other members of the C-suite (CTO, COO, CFO etc) of tech and other high growth companies going global
-  People in the Morgo Community who have received a personal invitation from Morgo
-  If you haven’t received an invitation, please apply to join the community. We love to add more qualifying companies to our invitation list: https://www.morgo.co/join

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
If you have booked but can no longer attend, your registration may be transferred to a suitable person from your company or another company in the Morgo community. This person must be approved to attend by Morgo before this can take effect. If no suitable alternative delegate can be found, then the standard cancellation policy will apply.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
If you cancel your registration by 17 July 2024 there is a $250 + GST cancellation fee. We will not provide any refunds for registrations cancelled after 17 July, or failure to attend the event. All cancellations must be sent to the event managers morgo@verve.co.nz

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Hotel bookings must be cancelled directly with the hotel and are subject to the hotel's accommodation cancellation terms advised at the time of booking. 

YOUR HEALTH
You should not attend MORGO if you are unwell, have any COVID-19 symptoms or if you need to be in isolation for any reason.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT
It may be necessary for Morgo to alter the times, dates, itineraries or speakers of the event by notice to you at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the maximum liability of Morgo is limited to a refund of the conference registration fee (less ticketing costs) with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of registering. We will work with the venue to provide any dietary requirements where possible. However, we are unable to guarantee that all dietary preferences will be able to be catered for.

CONFIDENTIALITY
At MORGO we encourage people to tell real stories, sharing the difficulties as well as the successes. Most of these are very confidential. To allow this we require you to observe the Chatham House Rule – don’t disclose anything you hear at MORGO that isn’t obviously in the public domain, unless you have asked permission of the person whose story/data it is. This includes social media posts.

FORCE MAJEURE
Morgo shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, pandemic, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of Morgo or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, Morgo may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Morgo. In the event MORGO cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, Morgo shall not be liable to attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.

PHOTOS/VIDEOS
Photos and videos are taken at MORGO and used for Morgo and our event partners publicity purposes. By registering to attend you agree to be in any photos taken for Morgo and our event partners at the event and used for publicity purposes. If you do not want to be identified in these photos, please advise us before the event.
