Terms, Conditions and Cancellation 

  

Cancellation 

Should you wish to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing to the event organisers' at events@verve.co.nz by 3 May 2024. Cancellations received in writing before this date will be eligible for a refund of your registration fee minus an administration fee of NZ$100+GST. Please note that refunds may not be able to be processed until after the conference is held. Cancellations received after 3 May 2024, or failure to attend the event, are not eligible for refund. 

Transfer of Registration 

If you find yourself unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your fully paid registration to a suitable person within your organisation no later than 9 May 2024. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title and email address. All other registration details will be carried to the new person unless otherwise specified. If no suitable alternative delegate can be found, then the standard cancellation policy will apply. All requests must be made to events@verve.co.nz

Cancellation of Accommodation
If you would like to cancel or amend your hotel booking, please email the event organisers at events@verve.co.nz. Individual hotel accommodation cancellation terms and conditions are advised at the time of booking, and are detailed on the hotel booking page.

Event changes, Postponement or Cancellation 

It may be necessary for the Collision Repair Association to alter the times, dates, itineraries or speakers of the conference at any time. In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, the maximum liability of Collision Repair Association is limited to a refund of the conference registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever.

Dietary Requirements 

Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of registering. We will work with the venue to provide any dietary requirements where possible. However, the Collision Repair Association is unable to guarantee that all dietary requirements will be able to be catered for.  

Photography and Videography 

By participating in the conference, you grant the Collision Repair Association and Verve Consulting Limited (as agents) full rights to use the images resulting from any photography or videography and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the organisation’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. 

Force Majeure 

The Collision Repair Association shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, pandemic, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the Collision Repair Association or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, the Collision Repair Association may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of the Collision Repair Association. If the conference cannot be held or is postponed according to this section, neither the Collision Repair Association nor its subcontractors shall be liable to attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.  

Security 

When purchasing from the Collision Repair Association and the event managers "Verve", your financial details are passed through a secure system. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our security or privacy policy. 

Business Trading Name 

Verve Consulting Ltd, trading as Verve, is the event manager for the Collision Repair Association. The name that will appear on your credit card statement is Verve for CRA. Verve is a New Zealand-owned business, and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars. 

Privacy 

We collect personal information when you register for the Conference. We collect this information to facilitate, manage and run the event. We may disclose such information to third parties, such as agents, contractors and service providers, in order to facilitate, manage and run our Events.  We may also use and disclose this information to sponsors and partners. During registration, you can opt out of sharing your information with sponsors and partners. 

We will also collect this information if you provide us with the names and contact details of any other people you are registering for. You promise that you have their permission to provide us with this information and for us to use it for this purpose.
